4th Annual 3D Collaboration & Interoperability 2008 Conference CALL FOR SPEAKERS

CALL FOR SPEAKERS OPENS

Loveland, Colorado, December 4, 2007 — Longview Advisors, organizer of the 2008 3D Collaboration & Interoperability conference, is looking for skilled engineering users to share their experiences in CAD interoperability and collaboration with 3D CAD and manufacturing data. This fourth annual international conference and exposition will be held May 15-16, 2008 at the Denver Athletic Club in Denver, Colorado.

Last May 2007, in its third year, the conference brought together industry leaders from numerous well-known manufacturers in automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, high-tech, electronics and other discrete manufacturing industries, along with many representatives from government and the defense community. Attendees shared 1 ½ days of cutting-edge presentations and highly-interactive panel sessions about real-world user experiences and solutions in 3D Collaboration and CAD interoperability, and benefitted from valuable networking opportunities.

Globalization of engineering and the quickening pace of customer demands have made it critically important that companies become excellent at collaboration and interoperability. By taking an active role in this unique program. Those chosen as speakers will be among a select group of industry leaders taking an active role in expanding their company’s expertise at the only CAD-neutral event in the world. Each year, conference organizers spend months searching and reviewing abstract submissions to bring the best presentations from the world’s leading experts to the event.

Conference planners are looking for presentations that:
• Focus on strategies and/or implementations of real-world applications
• Help attendees maximize their use of technology
• Show the cost-effectiveness and/or cost trade-offs of various approaches or solutions
• Detail how and why a technology or process worked or didn’t work
• Are presented by actual experienced users
• Explain leading-edge as well as every day use of technology
• Provide comparisons that allow users to make more informed decisions and choices
• Offer in-depth as well as quick hits of information attendees can use immediately
• Breaks the status quo of how things are done
