eMap Announces the Release of eMap - goData – Gas & Oil Permit Data

January 21, 2014 -- eMap International, USA.  eMap, an industry leader in the collection and sale of geospatial imagery and data announces the release of eMap - goDataeMap - goData is a product that contains  information on gas and oil well permits issued in 2013 for the Marcellus and Utica gas plays in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Annual subscription also includes quarterly updates in 2014.

The data set contains the most current information about newly permitted gas and oil wells including Operator's name, API number, locational coordinates, well type, farm name and much more. The data set is excellent for Producers to identify and analyze future drilling activity of other Producers; to identify sales leads to get a jump on well service opportunities; determine driller’s acreage position by examining permit locations; and many others.

eMap - goData is available in Esri shape file format, Excel spreadsheet format or in a convenient executive summary .PDF format.
