Rize to Introduce the New Rize™ One 3D Printer at SOLIDWORKS World 2017

WOBURN, Mass. January 17, 2017 – Rize Inc., maker of the world’s only industrial 3D printing technology capable of producing manufacturing and end-use parts on demand in the office or additive manufacturing lab, announced today that, for the first time, SOLIDWORKS World 2017 attendees will meet the new Rize One 3D printer first hand in Rize booth #406.

“Today’s hobby-class desktop 3D printers only serve the prototyping market and large, expensive 3D printers in labs only address the mid-volume manufacturing market,” said Rize President and CEO, Frank Marangell. “Only Rize One, powered by our patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) technology, serves the enormous, untapped market for safe, efficient one-offs of customized, end-use parts, tools and functional prototypes on the manufacturing floor or in the office, wherever and in whatever form that office might be.”

A robust, industrial system, Rize One uniquely produces isotropic thermoplastic parts, with detailed text and images, that are twice as strong as ABSplus. Rize One is also the only office-safe 3D printer, with no toxic particle emissions, mess or harmful materials throughout the process and without post-processing after printing, saving users up to $500K per year in staffing costs alone and up to 100% in total processing time.

What: In booth #406, attendees will:

  • See the new Rize™ One 3D printer
  • Learn about our patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) technology
  • Experience our unique zero-post-processing capability by removing supports from parts
  • Examine isotropic, color parts that are twice as strong as ABSplus
  • Sign up for the new Rize Referral Program
  • Discuss their requirements and ideas with senior executives

When: February 5–8, 2017

Where: Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA

In its 19th year, the SOLIDWORKS World annual training, education and networking user conference is dedicated to the 3D design and engineering community.
