Veritiv to Optimize Wide Format Products Business

ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2019 — (PRNewswire) —  Veritiv Corporation (NYSE: VRTV), a leading print and paper solutions provider, announced today that it will transfer its non-paper based wide format products business to North American Plastics, a leading plastics distributor with expertise in this area. Veritiv will continue to provide paper-based, wide format products along with its core paper products for the commercial, digital, and graphic communications markets. Veritiv will no longer supply non-paper based wide format products.

"Veritiv is proud to serve the print industry and we are committed to continuing to provide excellent service to our customers," said Dan Watkoske, Senior Vice President - Print. "We believe we do this best by focusing on our core paper products, which allows us to most efficiently leverage our seller expertise, warehouse space, and sourcing relationships."

Veritiv will continue to maintain a strong portfolio of commercial printing products from a network of world-class suppliers, a national footprint that allows for local delivery, and an experienced team of print professionals.

Wide format printers utilize paper and plastic substrates in the creation of large format artwork and signage including banners, trade show graphics, murals, vehicle image wraps, architectural drawings, construction plans, and sets and backdrops.
