SEATTLE, February 27, 2008: Dexter + Chaney ( www.dexterchaney.com) will exhibit the equipment management modules in its Spectrum(TM) Construction Software at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 March 11-15 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company also will demonstrate Spectrum’s recently launched Query and Dashboards module at its new trade-show booth (#S10423).
EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT MODULES
Visitors to Dexter + Chaney’s booth can “test drive” Spectrum’s Equipment Control, Equipment Tracking, Fixed Asset and Preventive Maintenance modules. Equipment Control enables a construction company to charge equipment to jobs, and provides profit reporting for each piece of equipment. With its single, easy-to-use screen, Equipment Tracking helps personnel track all movements (such as issues and returns) of equipment, tools and inventory.
Spectrum’s Fixed Assets module tracks assets and calculates depreciation amounts for financial reporting purposes. The Preventive Maintenance module streamlines the process of tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
QUERY AND DASHBOARDS
The Query and Dashboards module provides graphic displays (or “dashboards”) of a construction company’s key performance indicators. The module provides real-time access to project, schedule and accounting information in a concise, easily understandable format. Dashboards are tailored to the specific needs of executive, operations and accounting personnel.
Dexter + Chaney’s new trade show booth promotes Spectrum’s “Many Tasks/One Goal” theme by depicting a race-car pit crew—an amazing example of teamwork in action.
