onurb (Stranger ) 04/09/07 01:57 PM I-DEAS auto group Hi, I am using I-DEAS v11 and I am trying to create a seperate group for each volume and select the elements on the surfaces of these volumes. I mean I want groups of elements which are enclosing volumes. I saw an auto create group option in the help files, but I can't locate that in the software. It says it is in the simulation, meshing and under the group menu/Auto Create. Any ideas ? Thanks a lot Onur
